心理干预对局部麻醉下行鼻中隔矫正术患者的影响

目的探讨心理干预对局部麻醉下行鼻中隔矫正术患者的影响。方法 2009年2-12月,局部麻醉下行鼻中隔矫正术的患者80例,采用随机数字表法将其分为干预组和对照组各40例,对照组给予常规的术前宣教,干预组在此基础上进行心理干预,对两组患者的焦虑值和术中疼痛程度进行评估并比较。结果干预组患者的术前焦虑值和术中疼痛程度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（均P〈0.01）。结论在常规术前宣教的基础上进行心理干预,有利于降低或减轻局部麻醉下行鼻中隔矫正术患者的术前焦虑值和术中疼痛程度。

Effects of Psychological Intervention on Patients with Nasal Septum Deviation under Local Anesthesia

Objective To study the effects of psychological intervention on the patients with nasal septum deviation under local anesthesia.Methods Eighty patients with nasal septum deviation under local anesthesia from February to December 2009were equally randomized into the control group with the routine psychological nursing and the intervention group with psychological intervention based on the normal psychological nursing.The anxiety scores and intraoperative pain values were evaluated and compared.Results The scores of preoperative anxiety and the values of intraoperative pain were significantly lower in the intervention group than those in the control group（all P0.01）.Conclusion The psychological intervention on the basis on the conventional preoperative education helps reduce or alleviate the preoperative anxiety scores and intraoperative pain values of nasal surgery under local anesthesia.
