参芪颗粒对HIV／AIDS患者血清氧自由基代谢的影响

目的探讨参芪汤治疗HIV感染者／AIDS“气血两亏”型氧自由基及其可能的作用机制。方法应用参芪颗粒对HIV感染者／AIDS“气血两亏”型16例进行治疗，经3月的观察，对比前后临床表现及氧自由基的变化。结果治疗后HIV/AIDS患者症状改善、体征积分，提高超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）含量、增加还原型谷胱甘肽（GSH）、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（GSH—PX）活力。结论应用参芪颗粒治疗HIV感染者／AIDS“气血两亏”型，提高抗氧自由基水平，提高免疫功能，有明显临床疗效。

Effects of Shenqi granule on serum oxygen free radicals metablism in HIV/AIDS patients

Objective To explore the possible mechanism of Shenqi granule, a Chinese herbal preparation in treatment of HIV/AIDS patients. Methods Sixteen HIV/AIDS patients were orally administered with Shenqi grabules,twice a day for a course of 3 months. Their symptoms and signs were scored,T cell subpopulations （CD3,CD4,CD8）and the levels of SOD, GSH-PX,GSH were detected. Results After treatment, the symptom and sign score of patients lowered ,among them the scores of fatigue,anorexia,spontaneous sweating and skin rash reduced,showing significantly statistical difference （P〈0.05）;CD4 count and the levels of GSH, SOD, GSH-PX enhanced respectively （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Shenqi granule can significantly alleviate the symptoms of HIV/AIDS patients;increase the metabulism of oxygen free radicals; imoreve the immune function of the patients.
