| 摘 要： | 目的对决明子进行脂肪酸成分分析。方法对样品进行提取、皂化、甲酯化处理,再应用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)进行分析。结果共检测出14种脂肪酸,其中不饱和脂肪酸占71.13%。结论该结果有助于对决明子的深入研究,促进资源的充分利用。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo analyze fatty acids composition in Semen Cassiae.MethodsThe oil extracted from Semen Cassiae was saponifacted and modified to methyle esters first,then it was determined by GC-MS.ResultsFourteen fatty acids were characterized and determined,the content of unsaturated fatty acids was 71.13%.ConclusionThe relsult would provides a reference for study and comprehensive utilization of Semen Cassiae in future. |
