青霉素过敏试验皮试仪与皮内注射的对比研究

目的：研究快速青霉素过敏皮试仪在临床应用中的安全性。方法：从2004年2月至2007年12月随机选取在我院治疗的12669例患者，并随机分为皮试仪组和皮内注射组，对比结果。结果：皮试仪组6341例，阳性38例，阳性率0．6％；皮内注射组6328例，阳性262例，阳性率4．14％，两组皮试阳性率有显著差异，根据皮试结果用药，均无严重不良反应发生。结论：青霉素快速过敏皮试仪方法简便、无痛、所需时间短、安全性强，准确性高，使用效果好，可代替皮内注射法，适合推广应用。

Comparison of the Skin Test Instrument and Intradermal Injection for Penicillin Allergic Test

Objective： To study the security of the fast penicillin allergic skin test instrument in clinical application. Methods： 12669 cases were randomly divided into skin test instrument group （6341 cases） and intradermal injection group （6328 cases）, and the test outcome was analyzed.Results： 38 cases （0.6%） were positive in skin test instrument group, and 262 cases （4.14%） in intradermal injection group. There are significant differences. There were not any severe side effects when the penicillin was given according to the test.Conclusion： The penicillin allergic skin test instrument is simple, painless, safe and accurate, so it can replace the intradermal injection.
