中西医结合治疗药物性肝炎35例临床观察

目的观察中西医结合治疗药物性肝炎的临床疗效。方法将65例药物性肝炎患者随机分为2组。对照组30例应用甘利欣、复方丹参注射液治疗,治疗组35例在对照组治疗基础上加用中药治疗。2组均30日为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效。观察2组患者治疗前后中医临床症状及肝功能变化情况。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为85.7%、63.3%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。2组丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、血清总胆红素(TBiL)治疗后比治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),治疗组治疗后TBiL与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗组中医临床症状消失情况优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗药物性肝炎能够显著降低TBiL和ALT、AST水平,临床症状消失快,疗程短。

Clinical observation of combined Chinese and western medicine on 65 patients with drug-induced hepatitis

Objective To observe the clinical effect of combined Chinese and western medine on drug-induced hepatitis.Methods 65 patients sufferred from drug-induced hepatitis were randomly assigned into two groups.30 patients in the control group were treated introvenously with Diammonium Glycyrrihizinate and complex Radix Salvia Miltiorrhiae injection.35 patients in the treatment group were administrated Chinese medicine in addition to the procedure used in the control group.Thirty days was a treatment course in both groups and the clinical effect was observed after one treatment course in both groups. Results The total effectiveness rate in the treatment and control group was 85.7% and 63.3% respectively((P<0.05)).The levels of serum alanine aminotransferase,asparate aminotransferase and the level of total bilirubin significantly decreased in both groups after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.01).The level of serum total bilirubin was significant lower in the treatment group than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion There is a definite effect of combined Chinese and western medicine on drug-induced hepatitis.
