人工组织神经移植物桥接狗缺损坐骨神经后腓肠肌内琥珀酸脱氢酶表达含量的变化

摘    要:目的:了解人工骨组织神经移植植物辅加神经再生索桥接狗坐骨神经缺损后相应腓肠肌形态与酶的变化。方法:人工组织神经桥接修复狗的坐骨神经30mm缺损为实验组,自体神经桥接或神经缺损的为对照组I或II.术后6个月时取腓肠肌,按Nitro-BT法显示琥珀酸脱氢酶光镜标本。图像分析仪分析琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)染色后灰度值及腓肠肌截面积。结果:实验组腓肠肌SDH的灰度值及截面积均与对照组II有明显差别,而与对照组I无明显差别。结论:人工组织神经修复缺损神经后,重新支配靶器官,使腓肠肌萎缩明显减弱,琥珀酸脱氢酶活性的下降也明显减轻。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the activity of succinic dehydrogenase(SDH) and the morphology of muscle gastrocnemius after artificial nerve tissue grafting adding nerve regeneration factor(NRF).Method:At 6 months after the artificial nerve tissue graft used to repair the 30mm gap of the sciatic nerve in dogs ,with autograft group and nerve defect as control groups, SDH activity in muscle gastrocnemius was demonstrated with Nitro-BT method and was quantitatively analysed.Results:The gray level of SDH and the cross section area of muscle gastrocnemius in the experimental dogs was not as significant as in nerve defect group and similar to autograft group . Conclusion:These results suggest that the muscle gastrocnemius may be again innervated by nerve ,the muscle atrophy is significant and activity of SDH decrease little after artificial nerve tissue graft used to repair sciatic nerve gap in dogs.
