急诊科护士职业性肌肉骨骼损伤与工作能力的关系

目的了解急诊科护士职业性肌肉骨骼损伤和工作能力情况,分析职业性肌肉骨骼损伤与工作能力的关系。方法整群抽样法对绵阳市5所三级综合医院260名急诊科护理人员进行调查,采用工作能力指数量表、职业性肌肉骨骼疾患调查量表进行调查分析,分析急诊科护士的工作能力与职业性肌肉骨骼疾患的关系。结果不同工作能力级别护士的工作能力指数之间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同工作能力级别的护士职业性肌肉骨骼疾患的患病率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中,工作能力差的护士发生职业性肌肉骨骼疾患的患病率最高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护士工作能力级别构成比之间存在明显差异(χ~2=198.452,P<0.05)。两组护士工作能力级别之间存在明显差异(Z=-12.857,P<0.05),其中患病者"中""差"比例明显高于非患病组,而"优""良"比例明显低于非患病组。结论急诊科护士工作能力处于中良状态,职业性肌肉骨骼疾患是导致工作能力下降的危险因素。

The relationship between occupational musculoskeletal injuries and working ability of emergency nurses

Objective Objective To understand the occupational musculoskeletal injuries and working ability of emergency nurses and analyze the relationship between occupational musculoskeletal injuries and working ability.Methods The whole group sampling method was used to investigate 260 nurses in the emergency departments of 5 tertiary general hospitals in Mianyang,and the work ability index scale and occupational musculoskeletal disorders survey scale were used to analyze the relationship between the work ability of emergency department nurses and occupational musculoskeletal disorders.Results The difference of work ability index was statistically significant in nurses with different working ability levels(P<0.05).The prevalence of occupational musculoskeletal disorders in nurses with different working ability levels was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them,nurses with poor working ability had the highest prevalence of occupational musculoskeletal disorders,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups in the composition ratio of the nurse's work ability level(background 2=198.452,P<0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups(Z=-12.857,P<0.05),among which the ratio of "medium"and "poor"was significantly higher than that of the non-sick group,while the ratio of "excellent"and "good"was significantly lower than that of the non-sick group.Conclusions Occupational musculoskeletal disorders are a risk factor for the deterioration of working ability.
