辽阳市心内科护理人员心理弹性与职业倦怠的相关性调查

目的了解心内科护理人员心理弹性的现状,探讨心理弹性与职业倦怠的关系。方法采用整群抽样的方法,对辽阳市248名心内科护理人员进行调查,调查内容包括心理弹性量表、职业倦怠量表。结果护理人员的心理弹性总分(59.64±15.27),不同年龄、学历、工龄、职称、值班方式等职业特征在心内科护理人员心理弹性评分之间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析表明:心理弹性(坚韧维度、自强维度、乐观维度)与职业倦怠(情感耗竭、去个性化、个人成就感)呈显著相关,心理弹性可预测职业倦怠程度(P<0.01)。结论提高心内科护理人员的心理弹性是减少职业倦怠的重要途径,医院管理者应重视护理人员的心理健康。

Survey of correlation between mental resilience and job burnout among nursing staff in cardiology department in Liaoyang

Objective To understand the current situation of mental resilience of nursing staff in the department of cardiology and explore the relationship between mental resilience and job burnout.MethodsThrough using convenient sampling method,248 nursing staff in department of cardiology of Liaoyang City were investigated,including mental resilience scale and occupational burnout scale.Results The total score of mental resilience of nursing staff was(59.64+15.27),and there was statistically significant differences of the total score among the occupational features such as age,education,length of service,professional title and mode of duty(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that mental resilience(tenacity dimension,self-strengthening dimension and optimistic dimension) was significantly correlated with occupational burnout(emotional exhaustion,deindividuation and personal accomplishment),and the mental resilience could predict the degree of occupational burnout(P<0.01).Conclusions Increasing mental resilience is an important way to reduce the job burnout to improve the mental resilience of the nursing staff in the department of cardiology.
