泸州市某医院护理人员职业性肌肉骨骼疾患现状及影响因素分析

目的了解泸州市某医院护理人员职业性肌肉骨骼疾患现状,探讨其影响因素,为实施干预提高理论依据。方法采用整群抽样法,以泸州市西南医科大学附属医院内外科、妇产科、儿科、急诊重症科、手术室工作的640名护理人员作为调查对象,采用职业性肌肉骨骼疾患调查问卷和护士的一般情况进行调查,分析护理人员职业性肌肉骨骼疾患患病情况及影响因素。结果随年龄和工龄的增长,各部位肌肉骨骼疾患患病率多明显升高(P<0.05)。科室间比较,患病率差异均有显著性,其中急诊重症科护理人员患病率最高;儿科护理人员患病率最低。患病组护理人员的工龄、月值夜班天数、日工作时间、每小时重复动作次数均高于非患病组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,护士工龄、月值夜班数、日工作时长、重复护理动作是护理人员职业性肌肉骨骼疾患的危险因素。结论护理人员职业性肌肉骨骼疾患患病率较高,护士工龄、月值夜班数、日工作时长、重复护理动作是危险因素。

Analysis of occupational musculoskeletal disorders of nursing staff in a hospital in Luzhou City

Objective To understand current situation of occupational musculoskeletal disorder of nursing staff in a hospital in Luzhou City,and to explore its influencing factors,so as to improve the theoretical basis for the intervention.Methods Cluster sampling method was used and 640 nursing staff from departments of internal medicine,surgery,gynecology and obstetrics,paediatrics,emergency and severe cases,operating area of the hospital affiliated Luzhou Southwest Medical University was selected as the research subjects.The occupational musculoskeletal disorders questionnaire was used for the study,and the occupational musculoskeletal disorders prevalence and influence factors were analysed.Results The annual prevalence of occupational musculoskeletal disorders in different age,working years and departments was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them,the older and the longer of the working age,the highest annual prevalence of occupational musculoskeletal disorders was found in emergency department nurses,and the lowest annual prevalence of occupational musculoskeletal disorders in pediatric nurses(P<0.05).The length of service,monthly night shift days,daily working hours and the number of repetitions per hour of nursing staff in patients were higher than those in the non-sick group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the working years of nurses,the number of night shift,the working hours,and the repetitive nursing movements were the risk factors for occupational musculoskeletal disorders.Conclusions The prevalence of occupational musculoskeletal disorders in nursing staff was higher,and nurses'working years,number of night shift,working hours per day and repetitive nursing movements were risk factors.
