摘    要:正微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA,miR)是一种由20~22个核苷酸组成的内源性非编码小分子单链RNA,它可以在后转录水平通过以完全互补或不完全互补的形式与mRNA的3’UTR区结合调控细胞增殖、分化及凋亡等多个生理病理过程~(1])。其中,miR-494是一种来源于染色体14q32.31的miRNA~(2])。近年来的研究发现miR-494参与人体多个

Abstract:MicroRNA-494 (miR-494) is one of the microRNAs from 14q32.31 miR-gene cluster. Recently, miR-494 was found to closely relate with tumors and other diseases. This article reviews the expression changes, roles and possible regulatory mechanisms of miR-494 in multiple tumors and other hypoxia/ischemia diseases. Recent studies demonstrate that the expression of miR-494 is affected by many factors, and miR-494 could be a biomarker of diagnosis, staging and prognosis in tumors and other diseases, and a target of therapy in future.
