青岛市心内科护理人员心理资本与职业压力调查

目的调查青岛市心内科护理人员的心理资本和职业压力现状,并分析二者的相关性。方法采用群体抽样法选取青岛市8所三甲医院的心内科护理人员共316名,发放人口学调查问卷、心理资本量表、职业压力源量表、职业倦怠感量表。分析心理资本各维度因子与职业压力的相关性。结果心内科护理人员的心理资本乐观维度与职业压力工作量、工作及专业、环境、管理及人际关系维度和总分均呈明显负相关(P<0.05);希望、韧性及总分与职业压力中的管理及人际关系均呈明显负相关(P<0.05);心理资本其他维度与职业压力其他维度无明显相关性(P>0.05)。心理资本自我效能、总分与职业倦怠各维度及总分均呈明显负相关(P<0.05);希望维度与成就感低落、去个性化及总分均呈明显负相关(P<0.05);乐观、韧性与职业倦怠各维度均无明显相关性(P>0.05)。职业压力各维度及总分与职业倦怠各维度及总分均呈明显正相关(P<0.05)。结论心内科护理人员心理资本与职业压力、职业倦怠均呈负相关,改善心理资本能够缓解职业压力,降低职业倦怠感。

Investigation of psychological capital and occupational stress of nursing staff in cardiology departments of Qingdao

Objective To investigate the status quo of psychological capital and occupational stress of nursing staff in cardiology departments of Qingdao and analyze their correlation.Methods A total of 316 nursing staff in the departments of cardiology of 8 third-level first-class hospitals in Qingdao were selected by group sampling method,and demographic questionnaire,psychological capital scale,occupational stress source scale and occupational burnout scale were distributed.The correlation between psychological capital and occupational stress was analyzed.Results The positive dimension of psychological capital of cardiology nurses was negatively correlated with workload,work and specialty,environment,management and interpersonal relationship and total score(P <0.05).Hope,resilience and total score were negatively correlated with occupational stress management and interpersonal relationship(P<0.05).There was no significant correlation between psychological capital and occupational stress in other dimensions(P >0.05).Psychological capital self-efficacy and total score were negatively correlated with job burnout in all dimensions and total score(P<0.05).The dimension of hope was negatively correlated with low sense of achievement,deindividuation and total score(P<0.05).There was no significant correlation between optimism,resilience and job burnout(P>0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between occupational stress and burnout(P<0.05).Conclusions The psychological capital of cardiology nurses is negatively correlated with occupational stress and burnout.
