武汉市249名外科护士自我效能感和职业获益感现状调查

目的分析外科护士自我效能感、职业获益感现状及两者之间的关系。方法采用整群抽样法选取武汉市5家医院的外科护士260名作为调查对象,采用一般自我效能感量表(GSES)和职业获益感量表调查,分析自我效能感与职业获益感的关系。结果自我效能感为(2.52±0.43)分,职业获益感为(3.95±0.55)分,均居中等偏上水平;其中良好护患关系维度评分最高,而正向职业感知维度评分最低。自我效能感与职业获益感总分及各维度评分均呈明显正相关(P<0.05)。Logistic多元回归分析结果显示,职称、护龄、收入水平、用工性质、自我效能感是影响外科护士职业获益感的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论外科护士自我效能感、职业获益感居中等偏上水平,且两者呈明显正相关,自我效能感对职业获益感有正向预测作用。

The survey of the present situation of self-efficacy and professional benefits of 249 surgical nurses in Wuhan City

Objective The relationship between self-efficacy and occupational benefit of surgical nurses was analyzed. Methods A cluster sampling method was adopted and 260 surgical nurses were select from 5 hospitals in Wuhan as the survey objects. General self-efficacy scale(GSES)and sense of occupational benefits scale were used to analyze the relationship between self-efficacy and sense of occupational benefits. Results The scores of self-efficacy(2.52±0.43)and occupational benefit(3.95±0.55)were above the average level,with good nurse-patient relationship scoring the highest and positive occupational perception scoring the lowest. There was a significant positive correlation between self-efficacy and perceived career benefits(P<0.05). The results of Logistic multiple regression analysis showed that professional title,nursing age,income level,employment nature and self-efficacy were the main factors affecting the occupational benefit of surgical nurses(P<0.05). Conclusions The sense of self-efficacy of surgical nurses and the sense of occupational benefits were above the average level,and the two were positively correlated. The sense of self-efficacy had a positive prediction effect on the sense of occupational benefits.
