| 摘 要： | HPV感染和宫颈癌的发生密切相关，HPV疫苗的研制对于预防和治疗HPV感染所导致的宫颈癌有着重要的意义。目前，HPV疫苗的研究主要集中于预防性疫苗和治疗性疫苗两个方面。本文就HPV疫苗的最新进展、几种类型疫苗的研究策略和改进方法等作一阐述。

| Abstract: | HPV infection is highly related to cervical cancer, the development of HPV vaccine plays an important role in the prophylaxis and therapy of cervical cancer caused by HPV. The study of HPV vaccine presently focuses on two aspects, preventive vaccine and therapeutic vaccine. This paper mainly explains the latest progress and promoted strategy of HPV vaccine. |
