淫羊藿对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用

摘    要:研究了淫羊藿(EM)对正常小鼠及受环磷酰胺损伤免疫系统的小鼠的免疫调节作用。结果表明:淫羊藿组的T淋巴细胞的α-ANAE阳性率、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率、吞噬指数明显高于对照组(P<0.05);而淫羊藿+环磷酰胺(CP)组的以上指数均恢复至正常水平;胸、脾指数和迟发型超敏反应在EM+CP组有一定程度升高,但不能恢复至正常水平。

Abstract:The researchers studied the immunomodulating effect of Epimedium grandiflorum Morr (EM) on normal and immunosuppressed mice by cyclo phosphamide. The results showed that the α-ANAE staining rate of T Lymphocytes and index and ratio of the phagocytosis of the macrophages from abdominal cavity increased significantly in EM group (3300 mg/kg), when compared with the control group ( P <0.05). In EN+CP(3300mg/kg+25mg/kg) group, they have restored a normal level. The index of spleen and thymus, and the delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH)of EM+CP group were enhanced, but it couldn't be recovered to the normal level.
