摘    要:国内外研究表明神经肌电图能客观和敏感地检测二硫化碳引起的周围神经损伤,大脑诱发电位能检测二硫化碳对感觉传导通路的影响,脑电图可在一定程度上反映二硫化碳所致的中枢神经系统机能紊乱。临床神经电生理技术是诊断慢性二硫化碳中毒的客观和敏感的指标。

Abstract:Literature review on clinical neuro electrophysiological studies of chronic carbon disulfide poisoning demonstrated that,electroneuromyography can objectively and sensitively detect the function abnormallity of peripheral nerve system caused by carbon disulfide.Cerebral evoked potentials can determine the effect on sense nerve tracts,and electroencephalography can discover the disorder in central nerve system to some extent.The clinical neuro electrophysiological techniques are objective and sensitive methods for early diagnosing chronic carbon disulfide poisoning.
