| 摘 要： | 目的通过大鼠肝纤维化动物模型，研究门冬氨酸鸟氨酸防止肝纤维化的作用。方法采用0．03％的硫代乙酰胺溶液腹腔注射制备大鼠肝纤维化模型，观察门冬氨酸鸟氨酸对大鼠肝功能指标、组织病理学改变和脯氨酸羟化酶表达的影响。结果门冬氨酸鸟氨酸能降低大鼠AST，ALT水平（P〈0．05），减轻肝纤维化的病理改变进程。结论门冬氨酸鸟氨酸具有一定的抗肝纤维化作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the role of ornithine aspartate on preventing of liver fibrosis through the rat liver fibrotic model. Methods The rat liver fibrotic models were made with 0. 03% TAA solution intraperitoneal injected. The effect of ornithine aspartate on rat liver function, histopathological changes and expression of proline hydroxylase were observed. Resuits Ornithine aspartate could reduce the levels of AST, ALT （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , and alleviate the pathological changes of hepatic fibrosis process. Conclusion Omithine aspartate has a certain role in anti - hepatic fibrosis. |
