HIV/AIDS患者心理干预前后焦虑、抑郁状况分析

目的:探讨心理干预对艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者和艾滋病(AIDS)患者焦虑、抑郁情况的影响.方法:将被确诊为HIV/AIDS的80例患者随机分为实验组和对照组各40例.对照组给予传统常规护理措施,实验组在常规护理的基础上实施规范化心理护理方案.采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对患者进行问卷调查.结果:实验组40例HIV/AIDS患者心理干预后焦虑、抑郁情绪较对照组明显减轻(P﹤0.01,P﹤0.05).结论:心理干预可有效改善HIV/AIDS患者的焦虑、抑郁程度,明显提高其生活质量.

Analysis of anxiety and depression of patients with HIV / AIDS before and after psychological intervention

Objective: To explore the effect of psychological intervention on anxiety and depression of HIV-infected persons and AIDS patients. Methods: 80 diagnosed patients with HIV / AIDS were randomly divided into experimental and control groups (40 cases for each group). The patients in control group were given routine nursing care and the patients in experimental group were additionally given standardized psychological care based on routine nursing care. The questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the patients by self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS). Results: The anxiety and depression of 40 patients in experimental group were significantly relieved after psychological intervention, compared with that of the patients in control group (P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion: The psychological intervention can effectively alleviate the anxiety and depression of the patients with HIV / AIDS and evidently improve their quality of life.
