摘    要:目的 了解南京地区肺炎链球菌对常用抗菌药物的耐药性.方法 琼脂稀释法测定130株肺炎链球菌对14种抗菌药物最低抑菌浓度.结果 130株肺炎链球菌中,耐青霉素肺炎链球菌的检出率为51.5%;头孢呋辛、头孢噻肟、阿莫西林、头孢曲松的耐药率依次为69.2%、17.7%、6.2%和3.1%;四环素、红霉素、阿奇霉素和克林霉素耐药率分别为93.8%、92.3%、90.8%和89.2%;万古霉素、新喹诺酮类左氧氟沙星和莫西沙星、替加环素、利奈唑胺均敏感.结论 南京地区肺炎链球菌对青霉素、红霉素、阿奇霉素、克林霉素、四环素、头孢呋辛等抗生素耐药性高,应注意合理选择用药.

Resistance of 130 strains of streptococcus pneumonia in Nanjing during 2006 to 2007

Abstract:Objective To investigate antibiotic resistance of Streptococcus Pneumoniae in nanjing. Methods Totally 130 strains of Streptoeoeeus Pneumoniae were collected to test the MICs of various antibiotics by agar dilution method according to the approved standard of CLIS. Results Among 130 strains of Streptococcus Pneumoniae, 67 ( 51.5% ) strains were resistant to penicillin ( MIC ≥ 2 mg/L). 6.2% ,69.2% ,17.7% 和 3.1% of Streptococcus Pneumoniae were resistant against the amoxieillin,eefu- roxime, eefotaxim, and eeftriaxone reseetively. The resistance rates to other antibiotic agents, such as tetraeyeline, erythromyein, Azithromyein, and ehloramphenieol, were 93.8% ,92.3 % ,90.8 % and 89.2%, respectively. All 130 Strains of Streptococcus Pneumoniae were sensitive to vaneomycin, levofloxacin, moxifloxacin, tigecycline and linezolid. Conclusion The antibiotic resistance of Streptococcus Pneumoniae is serious in nanjing. Most of them are multi-resistant strains. Except for fluoroquinolones, moxifloxaein, vancomycin, tigecycline, linezolid, and ceftriaxone, most antibiotic agents have lost the reactivities against Streptococcus Pneumoniae.
