血必净注射液对危重患者凝血功能障碍的研究

目的研究血必净注射液对急诊重症监护室危重患者凝血功能障碍的临床影响。方法将100例收入急诊重症监护室凝血功能障碍的危重患者分为血必净组和对照组各50例。2组患者均给予常规治疗,血必净组患者加用血必净注射液治疗,对比两组患者住院天数、年龄等一般指标,同时监测2组患者入院时、治疗第5、10 d凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血酶原时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原定量(FIB)、D-二聚体定量(DD)的动态变化。结果 2组患者年龄比较差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05),住院天数血必净组较对照组缩短(P﹤0.05)。各项凝血指标入院时2组比较差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);治疗第5 d血必净组PT、APTT、FIB、DD等指标明显恢复,而对照组却恢复较差,比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);而TT 2组比较差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。治疗第10 d时除DD 2组比较差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)外,其余凝血指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论血必净注射液对凝血功能障碍危重患者的凝血功能有很好的保护作用,有很好的临床使用价值。

Effect of Xuebijing injection on coagulation disorders in severe patients

Objective To study the clinical effect of Xuebijing injection on coagulation disorders in severe patients.Methods 100 severe patients with coagulation disorder in Emergency Intensive Care Unit were divided into two groups: patients with Xuebijing injection treatment(n=50) and patients without Xuebijing injection treatment(n=50).The stay of hospital and age were assessed.On the other hand,the dynamic changes of Prothrombin Time(PT),Activation Partial Prothrombin Time(APTT),Thrombin Time(TT),Fibrinogen(FIB) and D-dipolymer(DD) were analyzed at the fifth,tenth day with treatment after admission.Results The age failed to alter in treatment group compared with control group(P>0.05),whereas the stay of hospital was significantly reduced in treatment group(P<0.05).PT,APTT,TT,FIB and DD failed to alter in treatment group compared with control group on admission(P>0.05),whereas PT,APTT,FIB and DD obviously recover on the fifth day in treatment group compare with control group(P<0.05).TT failed to alter on the fifth day in two groups(P>0.05).Meanwhile PT,APTT,TT and FIB obviously recover at the tenth day in treatment group compared with control group(P<0.05) and DD failed to alter on the tenth day in two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuebijing injection can improve coagulation disorder in severe patients and reveals clinical value in the treatment of severe patients.
