B型尿钠肽在急性心衰早期诊断中的价值

目的探讨B型尿钠肽(BNP)检测在急性心衰早期诊断中的价值。方法选择50例健康者,急性心衰急诊就诊患者60例,于就诊时快速检测血BNP、肌红蛋白(Mb)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白I(CT-nI)4项指标。结果急性心衰组BNP浓度明显高于对照组(P<0.01),BNP、CTnI、CK-MB、Mb阳性率分别为93.3%、65%、58.3%、43.3%。结论血BNP水平是诊断早期急性心衰最敏感和特异指标,对急性心衰的早期诊断有重要意义,CTnI、CK-MB、Mb升高,证明急性心力衰竭患者确实存在心肌损伤。

The diagnostic value of B-type natriuretic peptide in patients with acute heart failure

Objective to study the type B urinary sodium(BNP) detection in peptide acute heart failure early diagnosis of value.Methods select 50 cases are healthy,acute heart failure patients with emergency department of 60 cases,arrives in rapid detection of BNP,muscle blood red protein(Mb),creatine kinase isozymes(CK-Mb),CTnI(CTnI) 4 indexes.Results acute heart failure group was higher than BNP concentration in control group(P < 0.01),BNP,CTnI,CK-MB,MB positie were 93.3%,65%,58.3,and 43.3%.Conclusion BNP levels early diagnosis is blood acute heart failure the most sensitive and specific indexes of the early diagnosis of acute heart failure are important CTnI,CK-MB,MB increases,prove acute heart failure patients really exist myocardial injury.
