| 摘 要： | 目的观察胰岛素泵持续皮下输注胰岛素的治疗效果,并分析安置胰岛素泵的护理要点。方法对 50 例糖尿病患者进行胰岛素泵的治疗和综合护理。结果患者治疗后血糖控制理想,胰岛素用量、低血糖发生次数显著减少。结论胰岛素泵治疗控制血糖快速、有效,有助于提高患者生存质量。综合护理保证了治疗的安全性、有效性。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the nursing care characters of diabetic insulin pump therapy and observe its clinical effect. Methods We selected 50 diabetic patients using the insulin pump, and collected the data of calligation nursing such as psychic nursing, technique nursing and dynamic blood sugar monitoring. Results The blood sugar controlling was well, and the incidence rate of hypoglycemia and dosage of insulin was apparently decreased. Conclusion The blood glucose was controlled efficiently and quickly. The patient＇s quality of life was developed. Colligation nursing can ensure the safety and efficacy of controlling hyperglycemia in patients using insulin pump. |
