| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨药竹罐疗法治疗脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛的疗效及护理。方法]将336例脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛病人随机分为观察组和对照组,每组168例。对照组予奥美拉唑、克拉霉素、胶体果胶铋、甲硝唑等药物治疗,按胃脘痛常规护理。观察组在此基础上配合药竹罐疗法,施以中医特色护理,包括饮食指导、生活起居指导、穴位经络养生指导、皮肤护理及调摄情志等。结果]观察组临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组病人满意度及住院时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论]药竹罐疗法并配合中医特色护理治疗脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛可提高疗效、缩短住院时间、提高病人满意度。
