| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨临床护理学博士的使用困境,为建立合理的临床护理学博士使用机制提供依据.方法]对重庆市6所医院的护理部主任或副主任进行半结构访谈,将获得的资料进行分析、整理并提炼出主题.结果]目前临床对护理学博士使用中存在护理学博士自身定位过高、目前临床能够提供给护理学博士的发展空间较小、护理管理部门权力有限等困境.结论]目前应正确定位护理学博士角色功能,构建科学的护士分层使用体系,拓展临床高级专科护理领域,加强与有关部门沟通协作等,为其提供发展空间.
