重庆市非在编护士自由流动意愿的调查及影响因素分析

摘    要:[目的]了解非在编护士自由流动意愿的基本情况,并对其影响因素进行分析,为制订稳定非在编护士队伍的措施提供科学依据.[方法]采用自行设计的调查问卷,对随机抽样的各等级医疗机构在职非在编护士进行调查,计算非在编护士自由流动意愿率,并应用Logistic回归分析方法分析其影响因素.[结果]非在编护士总的自由流动意愿率为67.25%,其中一级、二级、三级医疗机构各自的比例为73.97%、71.04%、65.16%;月收入越低的非在编护士,其自由流动意愿率越高;"认为自由流动对本人有影响""认为自由流动对医院有影响"的非在编护士比例高达68.56%和74.50%;影响非在编护士自由流动意愿的因素包括"对工作是否满意""对目前收入是否满意""认为在医院是否有发展前途""在医院是否感受到尊重"及"与同事关系是否融洽".[结论]非在编护士自由流动意愿率高,应根据相关影响因素,有针对性地采取措施,维护非在编护士队伍的稳定.
