高频振荡器在大容量全肺灌洗治疗尘肺中的应用研究

目的]探讨高频振荡器在大容量全肺灌洗治疗尘肺中的疗效和安全性。方法]选择单侧分期大容量全肺灌洗治疗尘肺病人125例,按住院顺序随机分为两组。两组病人均在静脉吸入复合全身麻醉下经双腔气管插管行单侧大容量全肺灌洗,对照组术中术者和巡回护士用手反复叩击灌洗侧胸廓而试验组术中使用高频振荡器对灌洗侧胸廓进行辅助振荡。以病人肺功能及临床症状改善评价疗效。结果]两组病人灌洗前后肺功能及临床症状改变均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组灌洗后残余量、肺功能及临床症状改善与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);住院时间试验组为16.94 d±1.57d,对照组为18.31 d±2.02 d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论]高频振荡器用于大容量全肺灌洗治疗尘肺能提高灌洗效果,减少灌洗液残余量,加快术后恢复,缩短住院时间。
