| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨行为转变理论在改善糖尿病病人血糖控制行为中的作用.方法]将100例血糖不达标的2型糖尿病病人随机分为两组.实验组实施以行为转变理论为基础的干预模式,对照组实施常规健康教育.比较6个月后、12个月后病人的血糖控制知识、自我效能、行为能力及血糖情况.结果]干预前后实验组病人血糖控制知识、自我效能、行为能力及血糖水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),6个月后、12个月后与对照组血糖控制知识、自我效能、行为能力及血糖水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论]行为转变理论模式对改善2型糖尿病病人血糖控制有积极的促进作用.
