注射用血凝酶在肝脏围术期的应用观察

目的观察注射用血凝酶在肝脏围术期的止血效果。方法将49例需手术治疗的肝病患者随机分成观察组(27例)与对照组(22例),观察组术前、术后给予注射用血凝酶,对照组术中、术后仅给予常规止血药,比较2组术中出血量、术后静脉血D-二聚体、血性引流液量的变化。结果观察组与对照组的术中出血量分别为(327.1±29.5)、(542.6±30.2)ml(P<0.05),术后静脉血D-二聚体分别为(0.6777±0.053)、(0.9901±0.051)ng/L(P<0.05),血性引流液量分别为(297±27)、(521±22)ml(P<0.05)。结论注射用血凝酶在肝脏围术期的止血作用明显优于常规止血药。

Observation on Use of Reptilase at Hepatic Perioperative Stage

OBJECTIVE:To study the hemostatic effect of reptilase in hepatic perioperative period.METHODS:The study was conducted in 49 patients randomly divided into 2 groups:reptilase group(n=27) and control group(n=22).In reptilase group,the reptilase was given in preoperative,postoperative and intraoperative period;while in control group,other commonly used hemostatics were given in the same way as in reptilase group.Then,the amount of bleeding,the content of D-Dimer in venous blood,and the quantity of postoperative bloody drainage were compared between the 2 groups. RESULTS:Respectively in reptilase and control group,the amount of intraoperative bleeding were(327.1±29.5)ml and (542.6±30.2)ml(P<0.05);postoperative content of D-Dimer in venous blood were(0.6 777±0.053)ng/L and(0.9 901± 0.051)ng/L(P<0.05);and the quantity of bloody drainage were(297±27)ml and(521±22)ml(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:The hemostatic effect of reptilase in hepatitis operations is obviously better than that of other commonly used hemostatics.
