摘    要:为使不同学历层次及临床实践经历的住院医师得到适合自身的培训,提高住院医师参加规范化培训的积极性,以利于培训工作的顺利开展,儿科继续教育学院按照"卫生部关于开展专科医师培训试点工作的指导意见",充分考虑不同背景住院医师的学制、临床实践经历上的区别,为儿科住院医师制定了不同的培训计划,并进一步完善管理制度,加强考核、考试以保证培训计划的实施及培训质量;同时,为加强临床技能培训,强调对基本知识、基本理论、基本技术的掌握,开展了儿科住院医师规范化培训讲座。另外,对本科生除严格按照卫生部、交大医学院培训细则培训外,将住院医师规范化培训与临床专业在职申请学位研究生培养相结合,要求本科住院医师在规范化培训期间参加交大医学院开设的相关课程,累积学分,通过在职研究生全国考试并完成课题后可申请学位。考核考试结果显示硕博士研究生、本科生在轮转出科考试各项平均成绩均无差异。而阶段考试结果显示:博士生的理论考试成绩高于本科及硕士生,P<0.05;但阶段考试不合格者为博士研究生,且为体格检查部分,主要体现在手法不规范,检查过程不熟练,说明研究生仍要加强临床实践能力培训,才能提高其综合素质,为医生终身职业生涯打下良好基础。

Abstract:To make residents with different academic qualifications and clinical experience receive suitable training, and raise their initiative towards the training program to facilitate smooth training, the College of Pediatric Continuing Education took different backgrounds of the residents into full consideration. Individualized training plans were formulated according to the Guiding Opinion on the Pilot Work of Developing Resident Training of the Ministry of Health. At the same time, management system was completed, evaluation and examination were strengthened. Furthermore, emphasis was put on the basic medical knowledge, theory and skills. So a series of standardized lectures were delivered to the residents to enhance their clinical practice ability. Additionally, for the residents with bachelor's degree, the residency training program was combined with the on-the-job graduate programmes to apply for a master' s degree. The results of the evaluation and examination showed there were no significant differences among the resi- dents with different academic qualifications in the average scores of the rotation tests while the scores of the written examination of the phase test of the residents with doctor' s degree were higher than those of the residents with bachelor' s degree or master' s de- gree ( P 〈 0.05 }. However, one resident with doctor' s degree failed the phase test on the part of the physical examination. It indi- cated that the graduate residents should strengthen their clinical ability training to improve their overall quality and lay a good foun- dation for their lifelong career.
