摘    要:<正> 为探讨空气微生物的采样方法,以能更好地进行污染情况调查或消毒效果测定,我们对国产的JWI-1型与MF-45型两种采样器的采样方法进行了研究。现将结果报告于下。


STUDY ON THE METHOD OF SAMPLING WITH TWO TYPES OF AIR VIABLE SAMPLER
Abstract:Methods of sampling with milipore membrane sampler type MF-45 and slit impactor type JWL-1 made in China were studied. It was indicated that the sampler type JWL-1 was less efficient than the type MF-45. The total number of bacteria obtained with the former was only 60~78% of that obtained with the latter. But for dry-sensitive bacteria such as Escherichia coli, the former was better.Of the agar media used in sampler type JWL-1, including nutrient agar, blood agar, TCG agar and TPGY agar, the nutrient agar is the best one. The samples collected with both samplers formed much more colonies after culturing for 48 hr than for 24 hr.The results of culturing did not differ significantly between samples cultured after storing for 48 hr under 4℃ and those cultured immediately after collection. When the wind speed was 4~6m/sec, the number of bacteria collected against the wind was larger than that collected with the air inlet of sampler being perpendicular to the wind direction.
