| 摘 要： | [目的 ]选择红景天最佳提取法 .[方法 ]采用醇沉法与絮凝法 .[结果 ]醇沉法与不同提取法红景天总皂苷的损失率 :醇沉法为 2 3 83%,壳聚糖吸附法为 3 89%,10 1果汁吸附法为 15 6 6 %,ZTC 1+1吸附法为 8 98%.[结论 ]絮凝法红景天总皂苷损失率明显低于醇沉法 ,且壳聚糖吸附法的效果最佳 .

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE?To select the optimum extracting methods of Rhodiold Sachalinensis .?METHODS?Flocculating method and alcohol precipitation method were used.?RESULTS?The loss rate of salidroside was 23 83%,3 89%,15 66% and 8 98% respectively by using alcohol precipitation, chitosan adsorbing purification , 101 fruit juice adsorbing purification and ZTC?1+1 absorbing purification.?CONCLUSION?The loss rate of sacidrosiele by using flocculating method is less than that by using alcohol precipitation. |
