| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜下保守性手术治疗输卵管妊娠的围术期护理方法。方法对87例腹腔镜下保守性手术治疗输卵管妊娠患者术前进行心理护理和特殊准备,对术后可能发生持续性异位妊娠的观察及处理,术后易出现的并发症进行细致的观察与护理和康复指导。结果87例患者手术护理全部成功。妊娠49例,妊娠率72.10%。结论围术期周到细致的护理是手术成功的重要保证。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the methods of perioperative nursing of patients with tubal pregnancy treated by laparoscopic conservative operation.Methods Before operation, psychic preparation and special preparation were conducted in 87 patients with tubal pregnancy by laparoscopic conservative treatment. After operation, persisten ectopic pregnancy and the commonest complications were observed and nursed carefully and rehabilitation instruction was conducted.Results 87 patients recovered completely by carefully nursing. Pregnancy were confirmed in 49 woman with pregnancy rate 72.10% after follow-up.Conclusion Perioperative careful nursing is guarantee of success of operation. |
