抗生素在呼吸内科的临床合理应用研究

目的对我院呼吸内科的抗生素临床应用情况进行分析研究,探讨其在呼吸内科的合理应用。方法选择2007年12月至2012年12月我院呼吸内科就诊患者2547例,对近年来抗生素应用率、合理用药情况等数据进行统计、分析。结果我院呼吸内科的抗生素应用率达34.3%,抗生素合理应用率逐年降低。合理性用药正呈不断上升趋势,不合理现象大大下降。结论我院呼吸内科抗生素合理用药正逐步得到改善,减少了不合理用药情况。

Clinical Reasonable Application of Antibiotics in Respiratory Medicine

Objective To analyze and study the application of antibiotics in the respiratory medicine of our hospital, and discuss its reasonable application. Methods 2547 eases of patients in the respiratory medicine of our hospital from December 2007 to December 2012 were selected, and the antibiotics application rate in recent years and reasonable drug use data were calculated and analyzed. Results The application rate of antibiotics in our hospital was 34.3%, the antibiotics reasonable rate was decreasing year by year. The reasonableness medication showed a rising trend, unreasonable phenomenon was greatly decreased. Conclusion The antibiotics reasonable application in the respiratory medicine of ous hospital is gradually improved, which can reduce irrational drug use.
