腹腔镜和开腹直肠癌根治术联合应用治疗直肠癌的临床观察

目的探讨腹腔镜和开腹直肠癌根治术应用于治疗直肠癌的临床疗效。方法选取我院在2011年1月至2013年3月收治的150例直肠癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者给予腹腔镜直肠癌根治术治疗,对照组患者给予开腹直肠癌根治术治疗。结果观察组患者在术中出血量、术后肛门排气的时间、术后住院的时间上和对照组相比存在显著差异性(P<0.01)。结论腹腔镜直肠癌根治术和传统的开腹直肠癌根治术相比具有安全可靠性,值得在临床上广泛使用和推广。

Clinical Observation of Open and Laparoscopic Resection of Rectal Cancer combined Therapy

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic and open radical resection of rectal cancer is applied to the treatment of rectal cancer. Methods In our hospital in 201101 months to 2013 03 months treated 150 cases of rectal cancer patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group were treated with laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer, patients in control group were treated with operation in the treatment of rectal cancer radical surgery. Results The amount of bleeding, observation group patients in the postoperative anal exhaust time, postoperative hospitalization time and compared with the control group had significant differences （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The radical operation with safe reliability of radical surgery and traditional open colorectal laparoscopic resection of rectal cancer, it is widely used and popularized in clinic.
