超声引导下肾穿刺活检的临床应用

目的探讨在超声引导下行肾穿刺活检术的临床应用价值。方法采用前瞻性研究的方法选取我院2012年1月至2013年4月肾脏疾病患者89例,其中,选取在B超引导下行肾活检穿刺术的45例患者为穿刺组,对照组为常规诊断方法 44例患者,观察两组患者并发症、临床好转率等情况。结果两组在后期并发症、临床好转率方面有统计学差异(P<0.05)。穿刺组穿刺成功率为100%,取材良好43例,5例患者出现血尿,膜外小血肿3例,6例患者出现腰疼。结论在B超引导下行肾穿刺活检术,成功率高,取材质量高,并且操作安全,较常规诊断方法更能明确诊断肾脏病变,有利于临床治疗。

Clinical Application of Ultrasound-Guided Renal Biopsy

Objective To investigate the guided renal biopsy in the clinical value of ultrasound imaging. Methods A prospective study of the selected 89 cases in our hospital from 2012 January to 2013, April in patients with renal diseases among them, select 45 cases of patients with renal biopsy puncture guided by B ultrasound in the puncture group, the control group for routine diagnostic methods of the 44 patients, two groups were observed in patients with complications, clinical improvement rate etc. Results The two groups in the clinical improvement rate of late complications, there were significant differences （/＇〈0.05）. The success rate of puncture group puncture was 100%, 43 cases were good, 5 cases of hematuria, 3 cases of epidural hematoma, 6 cases of patients with low back pain. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided percutaneous renal biopsy under B ultrasound, high success rate, high material quality, and safe operation, compared with the conventional diagnosis method can clear diagnosis of kidney diseases, is helpful for clinical treatment.
