对结核患者的临床治疗及护理

目的对我区域所辖范围内流动肺结核患者的治疗和护理方法进行报道与效果研究。方法 2011年7月至2012年6月间肺结核患者共82例作为研究对象,随机分为研究组40例和对照组42例。患者全部采用给药治疗,每位患者每日到院服药一次,定期来院行痰检、肝功等各项复查;研究组患者在此基础上采用综合护理方法,包括心理护理、健康宣教、对症护理、跟踪随访、用药指导。结果研究组患者治疗与护理后转阴率和满意度明显高于对照组,失访率明显低于对照组,数据经统计学比较具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论综合护理可提高患者依从性,进一步促进疗效、加速患者康复,并促进医患关系的和谐。

Clinical Treatment and Nursing of Patients with Tuberculos

Objective The area under the jurisdiction of fluid therapy and nursing methods of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were reported and the effect. Methods In 2011 July to 2012 June a total of 82 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients were as the research object, randomly divided into study group 40 cases and control group of 42 cases. All the patients with drug treatment, each patient daily to the medication time, regular hospital underwent sputum examination, liver function of the review; comprehensive nursing methods in patients of the study group on this basis, including psychological nursing, health education, nursing, follow-up, medication guidance, nutrition nursing. Results The negative rate of and satisfaction with treatment and nursing care of patients after the study was significantly higher than the control group, the dropout rate was significantly lower than the control group, the data was statistically compared with a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care can improve patient compliance, and further promote the curative effect, accelerate the rehabilitation of patients, and promote the harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
