持续性健康教育在糖尿病并发心肌梗死患者中的应用

目的探讨持续性健康教育在糖尿病并发心肌梗死患者中的应用效果。方法对86例糖尿病并发心肌梗死患者进行持续性健康教育,内容包括住院教育,院外持续健康教育(电话回访与咨询)。分别测试持续健康教育前及教育1年后患者对疾病认知情况和自我管理能力情况。结果持续健康教育前后患者对糖尿病并发心肌梗死相关知识的了解及自我管理能力比较,经χ2检验,P<0.01,有显著差异。结论持续健康教育可明显提高患者知识水平和自我管理能力,增加患者治疗的依从性,对维持糖尿病长期稳定,预防冠状动脉再梗塞有重要作用。

The Effect Analysis of Sustainable Healthy Education for Diabetes Patients with Myocardial Infarction

Objective Explore the effect of sustainable healthy education for diabetes patients with myocardial infarction. Methods This paper chooses 86 patients as samples by educating them of hospital knowledge during and after their hospitalization and testing their master of these knowledge before education and after one year of education. Results by~ test proved that sustainable healthy education could play important role by improving patients＇ knowledge level and self-management ability（P〈0.01）.Conelusion Sustainable healthy education could significantly improve patients＇ knowledge level and self-management ability and increase patient compliance and play important role by maintaining the long-term stability of diabetes patients and preventing coronary artery infarction.
