应用胆道镜液电碎石治疗胆道残石的疗效研究

目的研究胆道镜液电碎石治疗胆道残石的疗效。方法选择我院2011年3月至2013年1月采用胆道镜液电碎石治疗胆道残石治疗的56例患者,分析其临床疗效。结果治疗后患者胆道残石最终取净率达98.21%,手术时间为(45.17±10.13)min,并发症发生率为16.07%,但未发生胆道穿孔或管窦道穿孔等严重并发症。结论胆道镜液电碎石治疗胆道残石疗效确切,并发症少,安全可靠,值得临床推广。

Study Clinical Effects of Cholangioscopy Electrohydraulic Lithotripsy in Treatment of Residual Bile Duct Stones

Obieetive To study clinical effects of cholangioscopy electrohydraulic lithotripsy in treatment of residual bile duct stones. Methods Analyzed the clinical effects of cholangioscopy electrohydraulic lithotripsy for treatment of 56 patients with residual bile duct stones in our hospital from March 2010 to January 2013. Results The rate of residual bileduct stones after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment. The operation time was （45.17± 0.13） min, the incidence of complications was 16.07%, but not biliary tract perforation or perforation of the tube fistula of serious complications Conclusions The cholangioscopy electrohydraulic lithotfipsy in treatment of residual bile duct stones is efficacy. It is worthy to be popularized.
