腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术治疗巨大子宫肌瘤的疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术(LAVH)治疗巨大子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法将我院2011年6月至2012年6月收治的巨大子宫肌瘤患者共68例,随机分为对照组与观察组,分别采取开腹子宫切除术(TAH)与腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术(LAVH)治疗,比较两组患者手术情况及术后并发症发生情况。结果两组手术时间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术中出血量、肛门排气和住院时间及术后并发症发生率与对照组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术治疗巨大子宫肌瘤疗效较好,手术创伤小,术后恢复快,且并发症少,值得临床推广和应用。

Abstract:Objective To observe clinical efficacy of laparoscopie-assisted vaginal hysterectomy (LAVH) treating tremendous uterine fibroids. Method Huge uterine fibroids patients admitted in our hospital in June 2011 -2012 June 68 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, which was taken to the abdominal hysterectomy (TAH) and laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy (LAVH) treatment, and two groups of patients surgery and postoperative complications were compared. Results Two surgical time is not statistically significant (P〉0.05); intranperative blood loss, the anus exhaust, length of hospital stay and postoperative complication rate in observation group compared with the control group, there was significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of huge uterine fibroids laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy treatment is better, surgical trauma, faster recovery, fewer complications, and worthy of promotion and application.
