舒芬太尼用于小儿手术麻醉的临床研究

目的观察不同剂量的舒芬太尼在小儿耳鼻喉手术的镇痛作用,并探讨其安全性。方法选择ASAI～Ⅱ级60例进行耳鼻喉手术的患儿,随机分为舒芬太尼1组、舒芬太尼2组和舒芬太尼3组,每一组20例。分别给予0.04μg(/kg h)、0.05μg(/kg h)、0.06μg(/kg h)的舒芬太尼。观察手术各时点镇痛、镇静效果评分、血氧饱和度(SpO2)和不良反应的发生情况。结果镇痛效果的评分:1组各时点镇痛效果明显高于2组、3组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);镇静效果评分:1组各时点镇静效果明显低于2组、3组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);不良反应:3组有4例术后出现昏睡,与2组、3组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),三组SpO2比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 0.05μg/(kg h)的舒芬太尼用于小儿耳鼻喉手术的镇痛和镇静更有效。

Sufentanil for Anesthesia of Pediatric Clinical Operation

Objective To observe the analgesic effect of different doses of sufentanil in children otorhinolaryngologic operation, and to discuss its safety. Methods ASA was performed in 60 patients with I- II ENT operation were randomly divided into 1 groups, sufentanil, sufentanil group 2 and sufentanil 3 groups, eaich group of 20 eases. They were treated by 0.04μg/（kg.h）, 0.05μg/（kg.h）, 0.06μg/（kg.h） sufentanil. To observe the analgesic, sedative effect of operation at the score, blood oxygen saturation （SpO2） and adverse drug reaiction. Results The score of the analgesic effeict of 1 group were significantly higher in the 2 group, the analgesic effect of 3 groups, the difference was statistically signifiicant （P〈0.05）; sedation score： 1 group was signifiicantly lower than that in group 2, the sedative effects of 3 groups, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）; adverse reaction： 3 group 4 eases of postoperative lethargy, and the 2 group, the 3 groups, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, SpO2 of three groups were not significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion the 0.05μg/（kg.h） of sufentanil in pediatric ENT operation more effective analgesic and sedative.
