米索前列醇舌下含服用于人工流产的临床观察

目的探讨人工流产术前应用米索前列醇舌下含服扩张宫颈效果的观察。方法将160例自愿要求行人工流产术终止妊娠的早孕妇女随机分为2组,每组80例,观察组80例,术前1h舌下含服米索前列醇200μg,对照组80例,术前不用任何药物,按常规人工流产术操作进行手术。观察2组宫颈松弛程度、手术时间、术中出血量、心脑综合征发生率。结果观察组比对照组程度好、手术时间短、术中手术出血量、心脑综合征发生率低,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论人工流产术前1h舌下含服米索前列醇200μg对于扩张宫颈有良好效果。

The Observation on the Cervical Dilatational Effect of Using SubHngual Misoprostol before Artificial Abortion

Objective To observe the cervical dilatation by using sublingual Misoprostol before artificial abortion. Methods 160 women with early pregnancy who required termination of pregnancy by artificial abortion were randomly divided into two groups and each group included 80 cases, the Group of Observation took Misoprostol 200μg sublingually one hour before operation, the Group of Contrast underwent the operation employing the conventional methods without using any medicine before the operation. Observe the two groups about the degree of cervical dilation, the duration of operation, intra- operation blood loss and the occurrence of the cardio - cerebral syndrome. Results The degree of the observation group is better than that of the contrast group. It takes less time to do the operation. The intra - operation blood loss is less and the occurrence of the cardio - cerebral syndrome is lower. P 〈 0.05. The difference has the statistical significance. Conclusion It is effective to dilate the cervix by taking Misoprostol 200μg sublingually one hour before the artificial abortion.
