心理干预对中老年患者套筒冠义齿修复满意度的影响

目的探讨套筒冠义齿修复前进行心理干预对患者满意度的影响。方法选择门诊32例上下颌大多数牙齿缺失的中老年患者,实验组16例,修复前进行心理干预,修复后常规医嘱;对照组16例,修复后常规医嘱。分别记录两组复诊次数和完全适应时间并且在修复后1个月,3个月时针对义齿的满意度对患者进行问卷调查。结果实验组与对照组同一时间在套筒冠义齿整体美观程度和固位的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对其咀嚼功能、发音、舒适性以及对金属内冠的接受程度的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的复诊次数和完全适应时间的差异也有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论修复前心理干预能缩短义齿适应时间,减少复诊次数,并且可提高患者对套筒冠义齿的满意度,提高医疗质量。

Psychological Intervention on Elderly Patients Sleeve Cap Denture Repair the Influence of Satisfaction

Objeetive Investigation the effect of satisfaction of telescopic crown denture in elderly patient with treatment by psychological intervention. Methods 16 patients in elderly people was selected to experimental group, who was operated psychological intervention before repairing. 16 patients was selected to comparative group.They were all given regular doctor＇s advice after repairing. Results Compared with in the same time, appearance, stability is no statistical difference （P〉0.05） ,mastication function, speaking, comfort and acceptance of metal crowns was statistical difference（P〈0.05） ,number of visit and the time of complete adapt was also statistical difference（P〈0.01）.Conelusion Psychological intervention before repairing could shorten time of adapt of telescopic crown denture, reduce number of visit, and improve the satisfaction of telescopic crown denture in the patients.
