亚临床甲状腺功能减退与甲状腺过氧化酶抗体水平的相关性研究

目的探究分析甲状腺过氧化酶抗体(TPOAb)水平与亚临床甲状腺功能减退病情变化的相关性,以期为亚临床就造血功能减退的临床治疗提供有效依据。方法选取自2010年7月至2012年6月在我院接受治疗的亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者140例,根据患者血清中TPOAb的水平将其分为阳性组60例与阴性组80例,在不采取临床干预的情况下,定期测量所有患者血清中促甲状腺激素TSH、游离甲状腺素FT4以及游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸FT3的含量,做好相关资料的记录工作。结果经过定期测量后,比较相关检测数据发现,阳性组患者FT4、FT3含量少于阴性组,但P>0.05不具有统计学意义,而阳性组TSH含量却显著高于阴性组,P<0.01具有统计学意义;且统计两组患者转至甲状腺功能减退患者的例数,阳性组4例占6.7%,阴性组1例占1.3%,两组比较P<0.05具有统计学意义。结论亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者的病情变化程度会引起甲状腺过氧化酶抗体水平的变化,可以将其作为临床检测指标对患者病情进行判断,进而采取积极有效的防治措施予以纠正。

The Relationship of Subclinical Hypothyroidism Correlation of Oxidase Antibody Levels and Thyroid

Objeetive To explore the analysis of thyroid peroxidase antibody （TPOAb） associated with subclinical hypothyroidism disease, provide an effective basis for clinical treatment of subclinical on hematopoietic dysfunction. Methods From 2010 July to subclinical thyroid function in 2012 June in our hospital were decreased in 140 patients, according to the patients＇ serum TPOAb level will be divided into positive group and negative group and 60 cases in 80 cases, without taking clinical intervention, regular measurement of all thyroid hormone TSH, promoter serum free thyroxine FT4 and three free triiodothyronine FT3 content, recording work of relevant information. Results Aider regular measurement, comparison of data found, positive group were FT4, FT3 content of less than the negative group, but P〉0.05 was not statistically significant, whereas the positive group of TSH content was significantly higher than that in the negative group, P〈0.01 with statistical significance; and the statistics of two groups of patients to the number of patients with hypothyroidism in 4 cases, positive 6.7%, negative in 1 eases accounted for 1.3%, two group P〈0.05 with statistical significance. Conelusiun In patients with subclinical hypothyroidism condition changes will cause changes of thyroid peroxidase antibody level, can be judged as clinical examination index of the patient＇s condition, and take effective measures to correct.
