左氧氟沙星联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠对老年重症肺炎40例疗效分析

目的探讨左氧氟沙星联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠对老年重症肺炎的治疗效果。方法选择重症肺炎老年患者共40例,上述患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予左氧氟沙星,观察组给予左氧氟沙星联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠。评定两组治疗效果。结果观察组体温恢复时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为95.0%,对照组总有效率为65.0%,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左氧氟沙星联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠能够有效的改善老年重症肺炎患者的临床症状和体征,治疗效果显著。

Analysis of Levofloxacin Combined with Cefoperazone and Sulbactam Sodium on 40 Elderly Patients with Severe Pneumonia

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of levofloxacin combined with cefoperazone and Sulbactam Sodium on elderly patients with severe pneumonia. Methods Forty elderly patients with severe pneumonia were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given levofloxacin, observation group were given levofloxacin combined with cefoperazone and Sulbactam Sodium. Evaluation of the therapeutic effect in two groups was done. Results The body temperature recovery time in the observation group is earlier than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.1%,the total efficiency in the control group was 80.3%. Total effective rate in the observation group is higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Levofloxacin combined with cefoperazone and Sulbactam Sodium can improve clinical symptoms and signs of elderly patients with severe pneumonia ,and the clinical efficacy is significant.
