| 摘 要： | 目的：评价C反应蛋白(CRP)对不稳定性心绞痛(UAP)患预后的价值。方法：测定105例UAP患的血清CRP含量，并观察其终点事件的发生。结果：CRP＞3．6mg/L的UAP患其急性心肌梗死、心脏事件发生率明显高于CRP＜3．6mg/L的UAP患(P＜0．01)。结论：血CRP水平升高是不稳定性心绞痛预后的预测因子。

| Abstract: | Objective; This study assessed the prognostic value of C-reactive protein (CRP) in patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP). Methods: The serum concentrations of C-reactive protein were measured in 105 UAP patients and their rates of endpoint events were observed. Results: The rate of AMI and major adverse cardiac events in UAP patients with CRP>3. 6 mg/L was more higher than that in UAP patients with CRP<3. 6 mg/L (P<0. 01). Conclusion; Increased level of CRP is a predictor of worse prognosis in UAP patients. |
