腹膜腔包虫病的CT诊断及分型

目的：探讨腹膜腔包虫病的ＣＴ表现为分型。材料与方法：经手术病理证实的２８例腹膜腔包虫病，２６例合并肝包虫病，１６例有肝包虫病手术史，２例有外伤史。２８例均行ＣＴ常规平扫，６例行增强扫描。结果：单纯型１４例，内囊分离型２例，多子囊型７例，实变钙化型５例。结论：腹膜腔包虫病多合并肝包虫病，与肝包虫病手术史关系密切。ＣＴ表现与肝包虫病相似，分型可参照肝包虫病分型。

CT Scan Diagnosis and Classification to the Echinococcosis of Peritoneal Cavity

Purpose: To look into CT manifestation and classification of echinococcosis of peritoneal cavity. Materials and Methods: 28 Cases echinococcosis of peritoneal cavity were confirmed by operation and pathology. Among all 28 cases, 26 cases had the hydatic cyst of liver, 16 cases had a operative previous history of hydatic cyst of liver, 2 cases had a history of injury. All 28 cases had routine CT scans, enhanced CT scan was did in 6 cases. Results: Simple type 14 cases, laminated layer or detached membrane type 2 cases, presence of daughter cysts type 7 cases, solid cyst calcified type 5 cases. Conclusion: Echinococcosis of peritoneal cavity is usually associated with liver echinococcosis and is linked to patients with a previous history of operation for liver echinococcosis. CT manifestation is similar to liver echinococcosis. For classification purpose, that of liver echinococcosis can be consulted.
