太子健煎剂抗小儿哮喘复发作用机制的实验研究

目的　观察太子健 煎剂对反复诱喘的哮喘豚鼠血和气道内嗜酸性粒细胞 (EOS)浸润的影响 ,及血中嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白 (ECP)含量的影响。方法　将豚鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、地塞米松组、太子健 高剂量和低剂量组 5组 ,后 4组分别用卵蛋白致敏 15 d后 ,再用卵蛋白反复诱喘 ,正常组用生理盐水代替 ,同时 ,正常组和模型组灌服生理盐水 ,其余 3组分别灌服地塞米松、太子健 高剂量和低剂量 ,予以治疗 ,连续 15 d。结果　太子健 煎剂可减少血及气道内 EOS浸润并降低 EOS的活性 ,抑制其脱颗粒释放 ECP等炎症介质 ,减轻 EOS对气道上皮的毒性作用。结论　太子健 煎剂可以减轻气道慢性变应性炎症 ,具有一定的抗哮喘复发的作用。

Experimental study on mechanism of taizijian Ⅱ in anti-recurring children asthma

Objective Investigating the influence of taizijian Ⅱ on eosinophils in blood and airway and eosinophil cationic protein (ECP) in blood of asthmatic guinea pigs.Methods Forty guinea pigs were randomly divided into 5 groups.After having been sensitized with egg albumin,guinea pigs were induced to suffer asthmatic attack repeatedly with egg albumin in model group,dexamethasone (DXM) group,taizijian Ⅱ large-dose group and small dose group.Guinea pigs were done with physiological saline in normal group.At the same time,guinea pigs were treated with physiological saline in normal group and model group,and those were treated respectively with DXM,taizijian Ⅱ large dose and small dose in the other three groups for 15 days.Results Taizijian Ⅱ can decrease ECP,inhibit eosinophil recruitment in airway and decrease its degranulated substances to relieve the airway lesions.Conclusion Taizijian Ⅱ can relieve the chronic allergic airway inflammation and stop children′s asthma recurrence.
