摘    要:目的 比较旋转振动排痰仪(TMK2000-YOI)排痰法与人工叩击排痰法在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的排疾效果。方法 将41例老年慢性阻塞性肺疾骗患者随机分为机械叩击组和人工叩击组。比较2组患者的日排痰量、血气分析值、体温恢复正常天数、血常规恢复正常天数。结果 机械叩击组日排痰量较人工叩击组明显增多(P〈0.01).机械叩击组排痰后第1天、第4天血气分析指标、体温恢复正常天数、血常规恢复正常天数与人工叩击组有差异(P〈0.05)。结论 应用振动排痰仪促进老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者排痰的效果优于人工叩击排痰法。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of sputum excretion with rolling machine beating(TMK2000-Y01) and artificial beating used in senile patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 42 senile patients with COPD were randomly divided into two groups with different sputum excretion: rolling machine beating group and artificial beating group.Then the daily quantity of sputum excretion,blood gas analysis and recovery time of temperature and blood routine test were compared.Results The daily quantity of sputum excretion in rolling machine beating group increased more significantly than that in artificial beating group(P<0.01).In rolling machine beating group,blood gas analysis indexes at 1st and 4th day,recovery time of temperature and blood routine test were different significantly with those in artificial beating group(P<0.05).Conclusions The effects of sputum excretion with rolling machine beating is better than that of artificial beating.
