| 摘 要： | 根据多年临床经验,认为出血性中风以气阴亏虚为基本病机,贯穿疾病之始终;气阴亏虚为孳生诸邪之肇端,既病之后必伤气阴;气阴亏虚、痰瘀阻络是后遗症之基本病机,是再中之根本;离经血滞、瘀血为标,风火痰毒为兼邪。提出益气养阴活血为治疗出血性中风之根本大法。

| Abstract: | The basic pathogenesis of hemorrhagic apoplexy is deficiency of qi and yin.Deficiency of qi and yin results in various disorders.Qi and yin must be impaired when the disease occurs.Deficiency of qi and yin,phlegm and stagnant blood blocking collaterals are the basic pathogenesis of sequelae,and the root of repeated stroke.Blood away from meridians forming stagnant blood belongs to manifestation,wind,fire,phlegm and toxic factors are produced in some periods during disease process.It is argued that supplementing qi,nourishing yin and activating blood is the essential treatment method of hemorrhagic apoplexy. |
