癌症三阶梯止痛治疗方案在用药咨询服务中推广的实践与体会

癌症疼痛是癌症病人常见的症状，也是影响癌症患者生活质量的主要原因。传统的癌痛治疗手段已经不能有效解决癌痛问题，目前首选癌症三阶梯止痛治疗方案，只要按照该方案原则进行治疗，可使90％以上的癌痛得到满意控制。为解除癌症患者痛苦，迫切需要在我国大力推广三阶梯方案。我院就三阶梯方案在用药咨询服务中推广进行了实践，取得了显著效果。

Practice and experience of promoting the three ladder analgesic treatment programs of cancer in medication advisory services

Cancer pain is a common symptom of cancer patients, and affects the quality of life of cancer patients. The traditional means of treatment of cancer pain has been unable to effectively solve the problem of cancer pain, so at present we prefer the three ladder analgesic treatment programs of caner. It will enable more than 90% of cancer pain to be satisfactorily controlled in accordance with the program. There is an urgent need in our country to promote three ladder program. We have promoted this program in the medication advisory services and achieved marked results.
