| 摘 要： | 目的观察不同频次针灸治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法将49例周围性面瘫病人随机分为A、B两组,A组每日针刺1次,B组每周针刺2次,治疗3个疗程后进行疗效评定。结果周围性面瘫病人的针刺治疗频次与疗效不成正比(P<0·01),每日治疗1次与每周治疗2次的疗效,经统计学处理,治愈率差异无显著意义(P>0·05)。结论针灸治疗周围性面瘫的频次可每周2次。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effects of different acupuncture times on peripheral facial paralysis. Methods Forty-nine cases of peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into 2 groups, group A and B. The group A received acupuncture, once daily, and the group B twice each week. Their therapeutic effects were assessed after 3 courses. Results The acupuncture times were not direct proportion to the therapeutic effect (P<0.01), with no significant difference between the two groups in the cured rate (P>0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture treatment can select twice each week for peripheral facial paralysis. |
